My brother - Inidan citizen is currently in Canada. His single entry visit visa has been extended to six months. He holds a valid multiple entry visa to US. Can my brother travel to US by road from Canada and return to Canada with the extended Canadia visa status? Thanks,

I believe you have extended his status not visa.

He can travel to US and comeback to Canada by road, if he has a valid temporary resident permit. Otherwise he needs to have a valid visa to enter Canada.

When they extend the Visa, say by an additional period of SIX Months, they thereby extend the privileges of BORDER Crossings also, by a similar period. Hence he can Travel back and forth between USA and Canada or St.Pierre and Michelon during the period and return.

Dear All;

I intend to cross border and come back same day. Main purpose being shopping from Buffalo and some tourism. I know my limit is 50 $ pp (and no liquor and my question is what I say at border to gain entry.
