This is for my brother, he is applying under skilled class category to canada. He has been an international student in Canada for over 4 years now and he just got done with his Bachelors in Finance. He was calculating his points under skilled class and my question is
1) Can you use a combination of part time and full time experiences so that it add's up to 1 year. He has had different jobs during his study in Canada, some were full time and others part time in Canada but in combination he has about 1 year. Could he use these jobs to show 1 year experience?
2) He is short of full 1 year by a couple of weeks would that be ok? or is CIC stringent but 1 year
3) He was managing a business which his parents had opened for him for a year before he came down to Canada, he was 18-19 then. I was wondering if he could use this experience? is so what does he need to do to prove that he was the entrepreneur and manager of this business for 1 year in India.
