I have missed my citizen test becuase i am outside country. I sent the letter of of doctor that i m pregnant at that time.

After 3 months they send me hearing with judge . Now i am not able to travel becuase of preganant. So I can not attend hearing with judge .

so My citizenship file will be cancel or What i have to do ? becuase i m not able to come atleast for 8 months.

Pl. someone help me.

Same happened with me. I was in India i(dec 2005 )when they sent me letter for citizenship exam, I missed that and then they told that they have sent another letter for court hearing[which I never recd.] now its been almost 8 months I have been calling them but no satisfactory response.

I dont know what to do now

For me, same thing is going to happen. I am supposed to apear before Judge on 19th Sept but I may not make it due to some urgent work. Can they reschedule it before hand? I will try to call them.
Anybody has any experience like this?
