If you miss a test, they are giving you a hearing with Judge.

What do Judge ask?

I hear if you fail test they give you hearing with judge no re-test. Is that correct?

Couple of questions, very general and simple

Either what is color of flag, or do you know first line of national anthem or In which province you live, what is capital of it or what is name of prime minister.

Update from me.

It was my wife who missed the written test.

We both applied togather and got a written test on 25 June 2004. She was in India at that time, but I was here so I gave the test.

After that there was a long waiting.

Than we got a letter for her to appear for a hearing with Jude on 19 Jaunary 2005 (7 months later!)

Interestingly they called all applicants who missed the test on the same day and instead of having hearing with judge they took a written test.

They all (about 50) passed the test and one more surprise was still waiting. The judge invited everybody for oath only after three days!! And the day is Saturday which is suppose to be a non-working day.

So guys they do Overtime!!
