Has any one got Multiple visitor visa to canada from india ?
Is it Easy?

my inlaws got one .My inlaws had trouble getting a visa in the beginning . so we went to our local MLA and spoke to her about it. She happily gave us a letter of recommendation addressed to the councellate in India. that did the trick. A fried of ours who lives in Toronto also faced the same prob for his son. he has an arrangment with his ex for his son to visit him every summmer. he too got a letter from the local MLA. try it
that is a good. but i am a small person, my parents don;t know any Local MLA in india.
My parents are planning to live with me for 6 mths., shall i show 6 mths stay in the invitation letter or its good to show 3 mths first and later we extent 3 more mths when they come here?

I got Visitor Visa for my parents and parents in laws from India without any problems. Just send a letter of invitation to your parents inviting them to visit you in canada. Send your copies of your recent notice of assessment and also your bank statement. In your invitation letter you can state that you will bear all the living expenses while your parents are in Canada. Ask your parents to attach the 1)lnvitation letter 2) Bank Statement 3) Notice of Assessment with their application for the Visa.
You dont need any recomendation letter from anyone.
Also 6 months is not a problem at all.
