The trend towards immigration reduces as the economy of their country grows. The growth in economy results in higher living standard. In that case it is but natural why would anybody immigrate to unknown place unless one is ready to take risks or is adventurist.
You might even see reverse drain as the economy of their origin country grows. China has been experiencing this since few years from now.
This trend has already started from India though to a lesser extent. India still has a long way to go compared to China, so the inflow from India is bound to increase in short to medium period.
