File number Delay

Hello,

I have applied for PR at Buffalo under federal skilled worker category in June, 2008 and my bank draft was cashed on August 27, 2008. It has been three months since then but I haven't received any file number yet. Can anybody tell me how long it will take to get file number (if applying from Canada)after draft is cashed out.

In this country though we all have a name, we all are just numbers. Sorry to say that. So, your money went to...... You guessed it, it went to a file number. You guessed it right again.... It is your file. You got 100% marks on that.

Just wait for a few more days for the snail mail to creep in. It is X-mas time, so give it till x-mas. Santa will surely have it in his mail bag. Keep your chimney clean, a glass of milk and a few cookies too.
