This is my first post on this site. So please bear with me.
I bought new house. I signed contract last year and closing is in next month. So I wanted to check that I am eligible for GST/HST New Housing Rebate. If yes than what is the process. What is role of builder, lawyer and myself. If anyone already went through this process please explain the process in detail. My contract with builder doesn’t mention any GST/HST clarification. It has only house value.

I already go through it. But still it is not clear to me.

Most of the builders give ypu the price after rebates only. So the bottom line is you don't get a penny but the builder gets it.
Please read the fine prints on that.
