I got an interview call from an engineering company and it's a panel interview including a technical manager, contracts administrator and a commercial manager.
What questions could I expect from them especially the contracts admn if I were an estimator?

You can expect questions such as :
- Price of various building materials
- Companies in Canada/USA producing these building materials
- Tendering process
- How you would estimate a particular case ( in your line. for e.g., if you do estimation for an Architectural aluminim co, then about glass types, specification, aluminum dies and profiles, die weight and kinds of dies etc..)
- Contract process in Canada
- Legal issues to be considered in Contract specification
- Certificatio process for contract specification
- Finally your expected salary, interests in the company etc...

My list is not exaustive. You can be asked even more of it or less of it and it depends on the position applied for and their impression about you.
