I want to know if I am eligible to buy a property in US being a Permenant resident of Canada. If so, what should I take care of. Also I want to partner with my brother who is a Canadian citizen, is there any suggestions on that?

I think any foriegn national (with some exceptions) can buy property in the USA. Not so sure but many of my friends - canadian citizesn - owns stores, motels etc.

Do some research and let us know your findings.

I was looking at a forclouser property in US. but unfortunately I dont have much experience in this field. Can anyone please advise, what things do I need to take care of in the real estate market.specifically for the forclosure properties?
