Hi
I intend to do my first landing in April 2004. Minimum for how many days I have to stay there to complete the formalities if I have a friend who can send the PR card and other documents by courier to me.

i am in similar situation, but I plan to stay in Canada till I get my PR card in 4 weeks. I was planning to leave in 2-3 days as well after landing as well but people advised me that if i am called to personally pickup the card then it might be a problem.

Am I wrong? can I leave in 2-3 days too?
I'd really appreciate responses from those who are more aware of procedures of recieving PR cards by mail.

Hi,

I am planing to land in Canada in Feb. 04. But after that I am planning to comeback to US and planning to go back to Canada after a year only. So what are the formalities do I need to take care of before coming back to US?. Do I need to submit any applications before I exit from Canada?. I know I can be out of Canada 3 years out of 5 years.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

What do you mean by 2 to 3 , These are days or weeks. Is it possible that somebody can mail the PR Card to me. Is the Pr Card to be collected personally? Please advice.
