I have got a ticket for failing to wear seat belt. The police office saw me from a distance that I was not wearing seat belt, but by the time the he stops me I had my seat belt on correctly. I argued with him that I already had my seat belt on me but he didn't listen to me and gave me the ticket. Going to court will hlep me to cancel the ticket ?
Is there any member on CD was in the same situation before ?
Any suggestions please ?

May not cancel completely but reduce fine if pleaded guilty with explaination. Other option is traffic ticket people. They know the tricks and gaps.

Did you meet these people ? Do they guarantee getting the points waived off ?
Hi there,
I have used one of these guys in Mississauga @ Airport / Steeles and he is good he promised me and did what he promised I just had to pay fine but my demerit points were off my license so you should try one of them only if they can guarantee. Hope this helps.
