My father in law just refused visa.I have attached all the paper with 27K income for me and 4K for my wife, and they shown 5 lakh house and 6 lakh bank FD. they says sponcerer has not adequate income.I also attach bnk balnce of 20K here.. .

CHC at New Delhi is confused.
They need to close the office at Chandigarh.

In 2005 my dad got refused 2 times for same reason .It says sponsorer do not have sufficient money to support .No travel history for the visitor and Income of the visitor is not clear enough .
Where as my details were .
My and my spouses total family income was 56k
We showed $ 40,000 USD as bank statement .
Rs 5,00,000 as my dads bank statement , his lands and home in Kolkata as an asset .My mom and my brothers marriage registration and birth certificate .
My dad never went out of the country .
He is an retired person doing full time shares ( showed all transaction histories etc.)
I notorised all paper works .

Now I am very skeptic about these people . I wonder if they at all go through the paper works or just do draws or simply first come first serve .I promised I will only bring my parents here by sponsoring them for permanent residency . The CIC at Chandigarh I feel has no rational reasons to approve or deny .
