hi cd members
for decent rentals and i found
the best one to be kaneff crescent
did lot of searching here but no idea about
one room rentals ,is mississauga place same as kaneff crescent
if anyone is currently staying there
what is the rent and what utilities are given
pls share .

This is in heart of mississauga on hwy 10 and burnamthorpe very near to square one mall.
Ther are a lot of apt buildings and rent is in the range of $1000 to $1400.

There's the 2 buildings at 20 and 50 Mississauga Valley that rent for about $1400 (mind you these are 3 Bedrooms). Includes all utilities and also Cable Tv with indian channels.
There are 1 bedroom rentals in the area for about $1100 if you look around. All apt/condo rentals should include all utilities.
