Its also depends what you like to drive.
If it's Honda, Toyota, BMW then buying is good option as good resale value.
If you like to drive ford, VW, Saab then lease is good option as these care deprecate very fast.

Personally I prefer buy 2-3 yrs used car (still under company warranty) directly from the owner who having all the sale/service records. But that option may take months to buy a car.
