my husband just recieved his passport stamped and COPR from singapore CIC. what to do after COPR recieved? Does he have to sign the COPR now or infront of the IMM officer after he land? another question is how to read the COPR codes? can anyone help pls

On top it has my info my current address and relationship to him. and then it says

does he have to sign there too now? pls help

After you recieve the passport stamped and COPR, book a air ticket and land here.You can land anytime before the given (deadline) date from the immigration authorities.
The forms must be signed in front of Immmigration officer here after he has verified the details.However, decoding them is unknown to me.
