When does the COPR expire

Hi,
After receiving the COPR, what is the longest that someone can wait before stepping into Canada for the first time?
Would be stamped with the visa, I know, but usually-- how long before such a visa expires?

If you got your COPR and Visa stamped in your passport as well, then you get the time to land is exactly 1 year from the date of your medicals.

So say if you complete your medicals in 15th Jan'06 and you got your COPR and Passports stamped then the visa expriy in your passport wil be upto 14 Jan' 07
