Hi Rohit,
You seem quite desperate. All I know is that some people have approached their MPs and indeed their visitor's visa issue has been resolved.
They tell me in Brampton, Dr. Dhalla's office is very helpful.
You are in Miss, who is your riding's MP? Do google him/her- find out the address of the local office (Miss) and go visit them. Usually they have an open door policy, but you might have to wait for some time.
Should you wish more info, pls pm me.
Hi,
Does anybody knows anybody who has actually approcched the MP for visitors visa refusal & then got the visa , i wann get the tips abt how the things work.Pls help
Hi Guys,
was your application rejected straight away without an interview? What was the written reason they gave you?
My parents passports came back with no visa. First I thought its rejected but then I noticed on their website that by law they are supposed to send an written reason. I contacted them and found that it was a mess up done by VFS office. My father has been called for an interview at Delhi Consulate.
I was in US and tried to get my parents in US on a visitors visa but it got rejected twice. But now, myself and my wife are both canadian PR. My parents applied for a visitor's visa and the Canadian consulate has called them for an interview. I know what they mainly look for is an assurance that they will go back. Unfortunately my father is a retired businessman and except for the property papers, doesn't have much to prove his return.
Can somebody help with his/her experiences if he/she had any? Like whats the chance they will get the Visa? What do they generally ask in Interview? Any specials precautions etc etc
Thanks a lot in advance for help!
