any social clubs?

we are new to Ontario...any social clubs that can be recommened for us to join....looking for some friends here...basically we are from New Delhi.

- Try meetup groups meetup.com I think, you could choose according to your preference.

In a matter of few months you will get to know lot of people around your work/business/residence and the network will develop automatically.

they have ads for social events as well where you can meet people.
