i have got myself enrolled at vcc for one year cullinary course. its total fee is cad $14500. as iam married how much money would be sufficient for both of us to pay for our accomadation & food? as my spouse will get work permit & i will be allowed to work for 21 hrs a week. how much can it help me financially?

your earning - 21 * could be anything but assuing between $ 8 to 12 = avg $ 10 = $ 210.
