Can parents stay in India after they came here under Family class ?

Hi,

Do you know if Parents come under family class catagory to canada.

Do they have to live certain time in Canada ?
For how long they can go back to India ?

They are like any other person that comes to Canada for permanent residency in independent category- same rules apply.
