How long parents can stay in India with PR?. If they want to keep PR status, what is time frame come back?

The year they get pr in 2003 oct , they stayed for one year and one month,
they are about to complete two years in nov since they left Canada.

Please advice.

You must accumulate two years of physical presence in Canada in every five-year period
