Income is 36,000 with wife and kid. Can I sponsor my parents ?
What should be minimum income for sponsor parents ?

I am not sure if this is possible now but when we immigrated we put our application from LA instead of New Delhi and I believe that did cut our wait time to some extent. However you should check if this is possible now and for a family sponsorship and/or even worth it.

Unfortunately this is no longer possible in most cases. The only case where this is possible is when your parents are lawfully admitted for a period of one year in the country from where they are applying.
