Any comments pls. Presently am working in India as office staff and being paid INR 9,000/-pm. My Questions/Queries are:
1. Whether anyone heard abt this law firm?
2. Is Cad$6000 the resonable price i must pay.
3. Can i get a suitable job in canada so as to earn and save Cad$ 6000/- in 3 years time.

I wud appreciate your experienced reply to my query.

The main question is - why do you want to come to Canada? How passionate are you about it?

Mr. Chandresh, Thanks for replying and putting up a question. About passionate, i can say that i am ready to take up sub standard jobs. Cos am anxious and worried to provide my kids and family a safe and developed place to breed in and grow. Unlike kanpur or Delhi, where my all salary goes in food and very humble living, and can't afford good schools and atmosphere to my family. Hope u understood my motive

This is an irrelevant question. The OP is asking if $6000 is worth paying for "expediting" the visa application. The answer is NO. See this: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp

Read the section under "WARNING" posted on Sept. 20 - this clearly says that there is no fast tracking of applications.

It is NOT an irrelevant question - if there are pressing reasons for coming to Canada and also coming very soon, the worth is different from just applying for immigration as an alternative (this is what I did - and I would not have paid a penny for either expediting or even getting an approval after 5 years!)

The reason your question is irrelevant is because there is no expediting. This is a plain and simple answer. Therefore it is NOT worth to pay for a service that DOES NOT exist. I have provided the link to the official website as a proof. No point in discussing how serious or deperate the person is to come to Canada.

Can you speak fluent English. If the answer is Yes then dont think twice before coming here. Dont expect to save a lot of money here or buy a mercedes car soon after landing. Everything is very expensive and you may well live paycheck to paycheck but the quality of life will be better.
OFC if you were making 90,000 rs after tax then i would advice you not to come here unless you have a set job you your company is willing to transfer you etc..

6000$ is a LOT of money. Dont pay it. No agency can legally expedite your application. Also remeber application will take 5-6 years. Best is to apply yourself. The paperwork is not hard to fill. You dont need arranged employment to find a 10$ job in GTA if you can speak english. Dont get fooled by the agency

The guy is earning 9000 Rs not 90,000 ...
If a person is hardworking and willing to succeed he can definitely lead a better life here in comparison ,,
I know that in Delhi one can hardly survive with this salary even though the house may be mortgage free ..

I would not go for this 6000 CAD offer. It seems that the agency is asking money for basically doing what others do for 1500 or so and even that is a waste. I used an agency myself and they are about as useful as the customer service reps at ICICI bank(another story). Apply on your own if you want to, but before you jump into the process do a proper cost benefit analysis.

Just for information, if anyone knows.
What if he comes here on a work permit and the applies for immigration .... how much time will it take for him to get the PRC (after applying here in Canada)?

HI !
It is better to come with a prearranged employment rather than on open work permit . Even if a person lands here on work permit what are the chances of getting a job ?? We all know ..
To be able to file immigration on completion of work permit which is generally two years terms it is mighty important to REALLY WORK during this tenure ..
Yes but I agree that is the shortest route to Canada ..U really have given a good suggestion ..
