OFC if you were making 90,000 rs after tax then i would advice you not to come here unless you have a set job you your company is willing to transfer you etc..

6000$ is a LOT of money. Dont pay it. No agency can legally expedite your application. Also remeber application will take 5-6 years. Best is to apply yourself. The paperwork is not hard to fill. You dont need arranged employment to find a 10$ job in GTA if you can speak english. Dont get fooled by the agency

Thanks to this online indian community members for their overwhelming response and adivse rendered here. As Mr. Chandresh asked me, i find my self pretty fluent with speaking english and may be i was not able to put the right question. Which was how much on an average i can earn, here back in Inida i gets 18,000/-rs per month and manages office and admn and liaison work for a construction company and has 12 yrs of experience in the same field. But wife is at her lowest ebb in terms of speaking and writing english. Wud that (wife's poor english) can drown my visa appplication money (rs.56000/- if i apply myself) and gets a rejected comment from visa officer in Indian Embassy

Pls guide me sir

Rohit,

I don't think you have informed us your education. The Canadian immigration system works on point system and for independent applicants it is
Education- Masters at least
Language-Which you have (English knowledge)
Spouse education is not the main but can help
Working experience etc...

On basis of these and some more information the authorities assess your application. Trust me no agency-agent can help in this or expedite the process...they are frauds; pls don't pay your hard earned money to them. If you are really keen then study the point system, assess your application and apply on your own, agents only do paperwork for us which we can do it too.

Try the link to know more on the point system

Hope it helps...............Jona

Boss, the salary i quoted was of my last job and was 4 yrs back what i was getting and since i have to undertake sub standard work so accordingly i quoted 9k instead of 18k . Am now realising the force and sincerety in the advises so am coming with more of my doubts and my problem. Like for my academics i hav completed my 12 th class from CBSE with Science stream but as a private student as got ditched once in 12 class (Though I studied very hard, but couldn't make through) and completed my graduation (BA) by correspondence from University. Now after selt assessing my points in self test system i am getting total 66 marks (when i keep my english as moderate level i.e. second highest level in the chart at http://www.CIC.GC.CA." rel="nofollow">LINK and adding the benefit of my wifes post graduation marks. After reaching at this point, the marks 66 against passing park of 67 is dampening me to make a move to apply for PR and put my INR 56000/- visa fee for a family of four (which is very much forfeitable. Kindly advise me, am sorry for elaborating my case to such an extent but am hopefull you understand my dilemma

eagerly awaiting your feedback/comments
rohit

Firstly, why is this being posted in the citizenship thread?
Secondly, based on your qualifications, it is best for you not to come to Canada.
