DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED BY A PR FOR ISSUE OF NEW PASSPORT IN INDIA AFTER EXPIRY OF OLD PASSPORT AFTER 10 YEARS

I am loooking for documents to be attached by a Permanent resident for ISSUE OF NEW Indian passport in india ON EXPIRY OF 10 YEARS period for old passport
Can anyone tell me what are the documents to be attached if a permanent resident has to get his new indian passport in India??? The passport is expiring in december this year.I know about the documents to be attached for renewal of Indian passport in canada but I dont find the information anywhere about the documents to be attached by a permanent resident in INDIA while getting his new indian passport on expiry of 10 year period for old passport.

Your canadian PR status has nothing to do with your passport renewal in India.
Like any other people renewing passport in India, you will also submit and after Police verification you will get it renewed/ new passport issued

Thanks for your reply.Very precise and appropriate reply.Can you please tell me if PR photocopy is to be attached with the form because the person has stayed in canada for few months and in the form,we need to mention the places stayed during last one year.

I did show canadian address as the permanent address and Indian address as current address in the passport form to be submitted in India.I have attached
bank statement ,PR card copy from canada and I am now trying for a bank statement from india also (from current address).I am not sure if that shud be sufficient.However they may get police clarification from India and Canada both.
