You may provide them with your current address and see what thier response will be. I hope the response will be to your liking and as anticipated. They might give you some credit for your experience on this side of the Atlantic.
Since you are in the same continent and have access to these '800' series numbers, a jingle will be well worth your efforts. Or use the regular numbers too.
If you have the file number, have it handy. Talk with them just as you do on this web site. You don't have to fear nor have to be shy in asking.
