Procedure, if I remember correctly, is:
- Your employer in Canada applies for Labour Market Opinion (LMO), regarding the position he wants to fill.
- HRSDC will look at factors like, (1) what type of job it is, (2) whether enough skilled professional exists in Canada itself, who can perform this job, (3) whether employer has taken reasonable steps to try to fill this position with Candidates from Canada. (4) does this profession require any licensing/qualification, and if yes, whether foreign candidate has that license or qualification..... and so on.
- If HRSDC is satisfied that Employer wants to sponsor a foreign worker for all bona-fide reasons, it issues LMO allowing employer to sponsor the foreign worker.
- Employer will notify the foreign worker, and foreign worker will apply for visa under work permit category, referencing to this LMO..
Correct me if I am wrong...

Hi rimpy,
If your employer in Canada has given you a job then he must be ready to sponsor a work permit for you. Then there should not be any issue with that. Though the Visa officer can think that you have applied for visitor visa before, got rejected two times and now want to come to Canada on Job Visa. Granting a visa is totally dependant on visa officer.
Yours is a very rare case that i am seeing that a Canadian Employer without a face to face interview from India offered you a job letter.
Any ways best of luck for your future endeavors

Rimpy,
I think application must tell you what documents are required...
Infact all these immigration application comes with a checklist, that you need to adhere to and submit alongwith your application..
