Hi all
this post is on behalf of my cousin sister who applied for study permit in India. She wants to do Business management in college but due to her English proficiency she decided to do an esl core program first, so she applied to Qeust language study school in toronto and then did her application process in India. She got a letter saying that she was rejected for application for study permit. We had submitted the following documents for her
1) all the student permit forms
2) financial statements from my dad's bank account as my uncles financial position is not that great so my dad decided to sponsor my cousin . My parents are in UAE, so he provided his salary slips and all other documents which showed that he would fully support her for her study period. We did not show or mention anything about her parents financial condition, as we were scared it would lead to a rejection.
3) My dad wrote a letter explaining why we were supporting her, and he future plans for her BBA in canada.
we got back an answer from CHC saying the following
1) She has not demonstrated that she is well established in India
2) She has not demonstrated that her parents have sufficient income to justify her proposed studies- ( we have showed more than 3 years of available tuition and accommodation money)
3)Not provided documents to domonstrate relationship between the sponsor( my dad) and her
4) Not demonstrated that your sponsor will provide adequate support to cover the cost of her studies( we should bank statements, salary slips )
Now she is planning to attend the college rather than going through language school, so she is applying for business administration in seneca. I am wondering if i can get any help on how to demonstrate the reason for rejection in her last application and should we go through any immigration lawyer or agency or should we do it again by ourself. Another Question is how long should she wait to apply again after the rejection does her chances become more slim for approval on the second time application . any help over here would be greatly appreciated
I would adviced you to tell ur dad (if he trust her dad) to transfer the money on her dad's name and at this point of time it would be easy for her to get her student permit. i know someone who was working in dubai, his friend (diff nationality) shown his bank acct and says he is the uncle of my friend and will pay for his fees and he is lucky he got his visas approved. Sometimes its luck also plays a big role. my other friend got rejected for her student visas first time but she did applied again and got approved. Wish her the best.
that is not a problem , but how can we show she is well established in India ?? and how can you show documents for she being my cousin ??
They need 3 things
First Financially secured- Show that fees are fully paid or show them draft that you will pay remaining upon arrival
- cash in account
- not deposited in last month but it must be in good transaction..
Second thing: Ties to India
-Showing that she/he was working if he or she is..
- she will come back and join that job
- get the letter from employer that she can joined it back
-family ties
Educational background...that you don't have prob
