Hello,
I am International student out here and recently graduated from one of the college in Victoria from business program in Management. So I have the opportunity to work for a year under post employment graduation without HRDC confirmation. I just got the job letter from one of the insurance company in Vancouver. I also have the transcripts, letter from my counselor regarding graduation, bank letter, form IMM1249E, valid study permit and also I wrote a letter mentioning that I need 1 yr of work permit. Now the thing is my job letter does not state the length of work term as it is hard for any employer to state that. Is it ok if the job letter does not have a length of work? Please let me know if there is anything missing as I am going to send my application by next week.
My final question is I am planning to take 1 course in one of the university and my study permit expires in November. Now if I want to extend my study permit then should I do my university has accepted me but I don’t want to take full time course as I will be working. Even I applied for my immigration which is going very well. So, how can I extend my study permit?
Please provide with helpful advice. Thanks.
Cheers
Hans
