My cousin was just accepted to a one year study program in Ontario and will be applying for student visa in Delhi. I would be grateful if any expert on the forum can help with the following questions:
1. Is her visa more likely to get rejected If I am providing financial support as opposed to her immediate family in India?
2. Does paying the college in full in advance help her visa application? Also, in this case, do I need to provide any other supporting documents of financial support (tax return/bank statements)?
3. Does she need to apply separately for work permit (during the study program) or is that part of the study visa. Also, does she need to ask for the 90 day period after her studies are completed or is that typically granted with the visa?
Thanks very much!
