My brother had an admission offer from Geroge Brown University,Toronto for pursuing anMBA inFinancial Management. He applied for a Canadian study permit in Canadian Embassy but his application was rejected without any consultation/interview . The rejection letter mentioned as following :

********
I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and Regulations since You have not satisfied me that you meet the requirements of Regulation 179;that you would leave Canada at the end of the temporary period if you were authorized to stay. In reaching this decision I considered your ties to your country(India) of residence/citizenship balanced against factors which might motivate you to stay in Canada.

The application is closed. Please note that any new information you wish to provide must be submitted with a new application and processing fee.Should you wish to reapply,i would suggest that you do so only if your situation has changed substantively or you have significant new information to submit.

********

I need help how could he proceed further ? what should he do next ?

You help will be highly appreciated.

Where are you located?

Who was sponsoring you brother (i.e. financial part)?

canadian visa is getting day by day tougher.so there r lot of rejections now.the only way is to apply for visa for the next sem with new set of documents.
just try this...ask the employer to give a guarentee of returning back to work to the same company after studies.
the sop(main thing for visa) should be crystal clear...should contain a to z details and why he wishes to study in canada and why that univ and why that course and about ur family and ur assets.try to give orginal assets info as far as possible.and the asset worth should not be too much also.
suppose he is only an engineer and if u give the assets he has ..say around 50 or 60 lacks..it creates doubts .so the worth of ur assests should be nominal.
try to provide as much documents needed to support that u will be returning back.
should provide even water tax receipt, property tax receipt and etc for showing that u have orginal property..( as property documents can be forged ).

Hi,

My friend got admission in Humber Institute, Toronto. He applied for Graphic Designing and Digital Prepress Program. However he didnt get visa and was given following reasons:

1) Insufficient Funds
2) Insuffcient evidence to prove that he will come back to India
3) Program chosen does not match his past education and expereince
4) Not well settled in india itself.

He has done his Masters in Marketing Management and was working with ad agency. This course for which he is been accepted at Humber is meant for ad agencies and thats why he chose that as it matches his interest. However he has been denied visa on several grounds.

He is thinking of reapplying. Are there any chances of getting visa after being rejected once...and how shud he strengthen his case.

Pls reply..Its a sincere request.

You can choose to re-apply for the Visa as long as you provide sufficient information that will substantiate your claim that you'll return back to Canada. We are in the business of Education & Settlement Consulting, and can offer our services to you. Please bear in mind that at the moment there is no charge to you, the student. Our service offering to you is absolutely free, and more so since you've been declined by the Embassy.

If you'd like us to assist, please let us know, and we'll do what we can to get the visa processed. We have seen many students in a similar situation, and only if they would have done the paperwork and formalities absolutely correctly, with no margin for error, there is no reason why the Visa Officer should reject the case. Our past records indicate a 5 for 5 visa approval; since we are new organization in the business and have gotten 5 individuals into Canada.

We can be reached at
OR at +1-647-885-9976
OR at +1-416-841-7624

Regards.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Arul from India,I have completed diploma in EEE and then P.G.Diploma in Multimedia. i got admission for ARTS FUNDAMENTALS(2 semesters) in Seneca college after wrote an entrance exam (English & drawing test) in British Council,i applied for GRAPHIC DESIGNING course only but college suggested me to do this ARTS FUNDAMENTALS course firstly before doing that course, then i paid 85% of my course fees ($11,000 CAD) and I applied for visa 1st time by last month but they rejected my application by the reason

"You have not satisfied that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay because:

your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of:
your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment,
other education opportunities are available in India or Canada, language
abilities, or your future prospects and plans."

then my administrator suggested me to submit all the mail conversations between me and college, confirmations papers for that written exam, covering letter with the whole things since applying Ontario colleges, my future plan and my goal and also i added CA statement, property Documents(converted),income proof of my father,Affidavit, bank statement, reference letter, part time work experience certificate as graphic designer trainee. with those documents i applied for 2nd time by this month but still they have rejected my visa by that same reason.
Now i don't know what to do? but still i want to study in Canada. Is it possible to get visa by re-apply? if yes mean what should i change in my documentations??..or better to go some other country?..

kindly give your suggestion regarding my query!!!..

Thanks in advance,
by Arul.
