It is terrible, people freaking, stress out. Equally worse is what prompted this guy to throw his ex out of the 10th. flr window (in today's Toronto Star) just b'cos his other older ex had fixed up a date for his recently ex'ed gal. Fits of temper, fury of scorn.

Absolutely Values and Maturity are the key players. Families also play a major role in making or breaking a relation.
Sometimes people have big fights right after the marriage which may be due to misunderstandings/miscommunication/misinterpretation/misjudgements but after spending some more time they get to know each other more! So TIME also counts!

hey thats a good one.. maybe thats why a miss becomes a missus after marriage, get it, har har!:D

It does come with Warranty but you get to read Fine Prints only after marriage.

If it was printed, one could read somehow before marriage. If it is not printed, then one has to assume everything. That's dangerous.

Fine Prints that I am talking about is there to read but one needs "marriage glass" to read. That Script does not make sense before marriage. Signs are everywhere, but it is difficult to relate to when single. It takes time to come to terms of Marriage. And in this world of 20-20, very few have patience for Test Matches.

I can't believe I am posting this :cuss: :cuss: :cuss: It's not even Monday ... :D

The whole thing sounds like another story in the lines of 'Life in a Metro'.. any one saw the movie?

I am guessing the new dowry law misuse cases ( You can get many websites on this like http://www.498a.org/ ) are also driving people to take these extreme steps. If given a choice between 'end it all' and 'get my parents and myself harassed for life', many young bloods will choose the former.

So true. But some newly married realised quick, read the script and gone their own ways and lived happily finding someone else. As viggy said, "end it all" is perfect, meaning end the marriage not life like these two did.
I still come across couples who are married for more than 15-20 yrs still bickering all the time, frustrated and angry.
