Start off with a exer bike... Its a good start...
Sears... Get their *inhouse* 5 year repair warranty as well... Worth it.. Been using one for last 2 years... on and off...
I have a nasty habbit of loosing my motivation after a while... But 5 to 10 minutes a day of it is always a good and easy way to get back on track once you feel the need
...
Additional Walking helps as well...
Or Gym, if you have the motivation and willpower...
Go for their inhouse warranty..Think i paid an additional 150$ or in that range..
In the last 2 years, they have visited my home about 6 times (for 2 calls) with parts and repaired free of charge...
Definetely worth the price, as you dont want to travel back and forth everytime something goes wrong... And trust me, things do go wrong...

anyone having experience on both Manual and Motorized Treadmils?
I have read that Motorized is better but then Manual is easier to handle and cheaper too! There are so many that i feel lost and don't know which one to go for!
Well, manual is better in terms of maintainence, but its a bit difficult to use, because you have to exert more pressure to make it move (but you get fit faster in the process......)
Its cheaper too............selling for $199 in Walmart.
