I am an immigrant in Canada and have H1B Approval papers mentioned Mumbai Consulate India.


Need some advice on:

1) Immigrated to Canada , can i appear for H1B Stamping in Canada)

2) or i have to appear in india.

Hi,
Good idea would be to either changed the stamping port to toronto or go to mumbai to get it stamp. I was on work permit and tried to get it stamped and they refused saying it is for Delhi and also we cannot evaluate your degrees and papers.
