I have N-70 Nokia phone in India and is it worthfull for me if i carry with me to canada.

Any operator who provides GSM SIM facility which will works in my N 70 phone if yes, from where i get

Yes, we do have GSM carriers in Canada. Just keep in mind in NA, the GSM operates on 850/190 freq. unlike India where it operates on 900/1800 freq.

So if your fone can operate on 850/1900 freq. yes it will be worthwhile to bring it here. I'm assuming here your cellphone is unlocked, i.e. can work with any service provider.
