Does anybody have or remember late Mother Poem that went something like this...
If you are successful, People will try to bring you down, Be successful anyway.
If you are Charitable, Pleople will say that you have an ulterier motives, Be Charitable anyway.
If you....
and on it goes.
Please post it here for me any other to read this inspiring poetry.
may be I would also like to know how many have really met her?
I am aDesi from Africa (Uganda) and never saw her and I always to take a picture wiht this saintly lady.

Mother Teresa's Anyway Poem
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self centered;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;

The main objective of church is to convert Hindu(Muslim are hard to conver) in to christianity.That's is the bitter truth.
It start with helping the poor and needy, building the school,hospital and church in to undevelop area by flooding the "foreign money"(catholic church is richest body) then convert them.
some time conversion is done just by giving 2KG of rice or 2000rs.
christian school in big city are different though they are revnue earner for them as in big city it's hard to convert people.
main target is slums, deep tribe area, very very poor people etc.
so the Teresa Madam was in India.

Again it couldn't be just the monotheism but the other common grounds including middle eastern origin, and possibly others.
Money / power does the trick too plus caste based suppression (caste system does strongly exist among south Indian Muslims and christians as like Hindu community though their religion doesn't appear to advocate).
You know what I would still call all religious conversion has mostly to do with either money, power, women and some sort mirage kind of promises one settles down naively.
More over to my observation, the failed ones (one or other way in their life) turn more focussed towards religion to ease of their stress / vent their frustration than already happy going ones.
