Few years back, when I joined a consulting company in Canada, the owner would use my experiences from previous jobs to put on company’s broachers to get jobs. As employee of this firm, I worked on several assignments for him. After few years of leaving this job, and working on some more assignments with some other firms; I open my own consulting firm and hire persons to take up similar assignments. I see the duplication while people state their personal or firm’s experience.
Will someone please throw some light on this topic? I expect ftfl on this forum to chip in his ‘experiences’ on this.

Thanks for the suggestion and I will write my memoirs and sell. It will be a best seller for sure.
How can I chip in, as I don't play any GOLF!! I tried it though. I had to bring back the chunk of sod and stomp on it. Also, I had to stick for the meals and the booze besides, at the Pavilion. Those days there was a Golf club at the Morning side. He sold out to the builders and became a multi millionaire. They have buildings there now. Those were the memorable days.
I don't know which end of the iron shoots now, that makes the matter even worse. Those days they did not know about titanium and nickel. So, I see them all rusted and ripe for the razor blades.
This country was built by Immigrants, like you and me. It is still developing with your ideas and suggestions. So, take pride in your work. Go as far as you can go. I also thought that if I leave the company that I worked for, it will close down. That is a crock of.... They still keep on trucking. So have I. Only the scenery changed a little bit.
I moved on from lunch box to Cafeteria, slightly expensive but I could bear it. The cook was "Two tonne Tessie" Three 'T' s in it. Some called her MIZZ Gresy Spoon. She loaded everything with half a pound of butter, starting with soup. Then into the chowl of billy. Every year I was putting on a few pounds. (That was due the Butter part.) I became an all rounder. You an call it 'Akka GOL' It took me ten years to shed and now I am lean and mean, with lots of get up and go. Getting up is the hardest part and i am still going. And I do know where I am going... because they have put blinders on me.
I have said enough in one letter. If I say more, you will know who I am and then you will invade my neighborhood. I want to be anonymous, till they start up a Desi Club after which we all can get together and shed our current cloak and dagger activities. All it will take is a $1000.00 initiation for One thousand Members and a $120 a year maintenance. You can call it the Millionaire's club. Build it past Oshawa or closer to Wood stock. Have a decent menu and get a PERMIT to hang. Then spend the week ends there, all of the 48 hours and then retire early. 'FORTYFOURANDFREE'. Then wait for the topping at 65 with CPP and OAS. Not a Bad Idea?!! EH?
I am still dreaming.
Thanks for asking. Please do tell me your side of the story.
Freddie.
