Following the terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India gets included in 20 of the world’s most dangerous places to visit on earth
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/travelnews/3533883/20-of-the-worlds-most-dangerous-places.html
Did they add the UK into the most dangerous places on earth after the London subway bombings?
Did they add the USA into the most dangerous places on earth after 9/11?
This smacks of double standards.
And who cares about the London telegraph anyway?

Hi pratickm,
Actually the Daily telegraph is a well respected newspaper.
Lots of people care about what it says. More so than what the Toronto Star says.
I imagine your who cares is the colloquial for "I don't care".
But anyway, just take it with a grain of salt.
The same newspaper would declare Spain is an unsafe place to visit many years ago when it was plaqued by terrorist bombs from the Basque terrorists, yet people from the UK would visit Spain in hordes.
So would all those lovely Suecas, Finlandesas, Danesas, Noruegas, Alemanas...
However I don't remember seeing it claim that the UK was unsafe to visit when it was hit by IRA bombs, and even if it had, that wudnta stopped the millions who visit it anyways.
And people ain't gonna stop visiting India for whatever reason no matter what the Telegraph has to say.
Bakne do saale ko...
Anyway, to your signature, I wonder how much moolah Rhett is making now in the so called 'destruction of our civilisation'.
R u? Even Buffett is losing.
Quote:Exactly, that's what I meant by "who cares".

Quote:I put that sig. on in reference to George Bush's invasion of Iraq.

Besides they are running out of investment options. Personal safety or not, they will have to invest in India in order to diversify in current economic environment. I guess they will hire more expat Indians willing to replace them.
