you must be knowing that the rules for migration to canada has been changed for those who applied after 27th of feb,2008. so i would like to know the updated status about the new rule from any of your contacts.

The rules are available on the CIC website. The process is internal and has express approval of the Immigration Minister. Which is......??!! You guessed it. New forms have a new number.
