Infocan, now did I ruffle some feathers ! I suppose I may have. And all you folks out there, esp. stappy. Have you ever heard of the term "deceptive practices in advertising".. If you have then you will know that there are N-number of posts in this forum highlighting the (alleged) "ommissions and commissions" ... Lil wonder... most of us (here on Canadiandesi) now recommend the services of a PRFOFESSIONAL LAWYER rather than a CONSULTANT for immigrating to Canada....
But of 'cos as this is a "free world", you have evry right to disagree !

I have no soft corner for any consultant or a lawyer who is indulging in decepive type of advertisement, but you cannot stop them. It is only after an official claim of fraud that legal action is taken.
For business sake, even if it's unetical they will continue to lure gullible people. This practise is not limited to consultants, it's for lawyers aswell.
My remarks were more of sarcasm towards the type of advertising for business.

So advertisement tactics will keep on changing with times, and novel methods introduced every now and than to catch the prey..:D
