Just a note - though ICAS states that they need documents/copies of only the degree you want evaluated, I found that they needed copies of the undergraduate degree also.
Recommend that you submit paperwork only for the degree you want evaluated - and if they insist on papers for the earlier degree, provide that "reluctantly" - telling them that you will not pay for evaluation of the earlier degree.

p.s ICAS will accpet photocopies of the degree certificate+ marksheets, al long as they can see the originals. The copies need to be attested by you and not by a notary.

Fido,
I am not sure about ICAS. I got mine done from University of TO back in 2009 for TN purposes. They did not require transcript from University, all they needed was originals and copies presented at their office and they did the verification.
Once the verification was done, the originals were returned, it only took about 3-4 hours.
Do call them and find out to see if their requirement have changed recently.

Thank NY Desi. I shall contact & check with them as they are closer.
AT - ICAS fees are $90/- for a general report and $200/- for a Post Secondary Comprehensive Report which includes your degree's & marks Ontario equivalent ... The general report does not mention courses, marks equivalency to grades which the comprehensive does.

In case anyone has used ICAS recently , can you please advise if ICAS needs sealed transcript from the University in India OR does the original degrees and marksheets suffice ?
Also - do they return the originals immediately if you have submitted self attested copies of degrees and mark sheets.
I have my 3 year Bachelors + 2 year Masters to be evaluated for TN purposes .. since it is 20 years back , I don't think the University can send them sealed transcripts directly.... I was wondering whether to go through ICAS or Univ of Toronto (CES) ?

How much do they charge for it ?..say for a B.E degree ..4 yrs Bachelor of Engineering degree.
So you take the final mark sheets of each & every year & your final degree certifictat & their copies & originals ?
