I am posting for a buddy of mine. He is an indian citizen studying here in Toronto on a study permit. He came to Toronto in 1999 for his bachelor's degree in CompSci. In 2003, he graduated with his Comp degree and, then returned to school for a business program.

But he doesn't want to continue on with his study, as he is tired of it. So his friend in the US offered him a job, and he is going to US to work for him.

Lately he got his H1-B approved in the US, and is going to the US Consulate in Toronto to get his H1 visa stamped.

What kind of problem do you think he might encounter?

Also, he applied for the Canadian PR, but still waiting for the decision.
