i have confusion regarding claiming points for education.
i have bachelor degree(4 years) in Electronics and Communication.
so how many points i will get 20 or 22??????????

As far as I understand, Canadian University consider 20 credit points as equivalent to North American Style Under Graduate Degree. As you have mentioned that you have finished 4 years Engineering Degree means your degree is equivalent to Canadian Undergraduate degree. However, Canadian universities would like to do assessment of your syllabus for undergraduate degree and make a judgment. Rules are different from university to university. If you would like to complete degree from University of Toronto than you will only get 50% credit transfer towards your previous degree.
