Hi, I am currently in US for past 4 yrs, I am applying under the skilled class .
Would i be requiring police clearance from India as well besides US, i am under the impression that i would need to submit FBI clearance
Is the police certification from India a Must or is it a desired call
Masood and others : would appreciate if you could highlight the right statement

Hi,

The PCC from India need not be submitted along with the application. After the initial assessment, if it is required, you can submit it.

If your passport was issued from one of the Indian embassies in US, they issue the PCC on the same day. If not, they take some time.
