hey,
How much does a small basement apartment cost in the Vancouer, British Columbia area? Would it be affordable by a University Student?

Also how are the internship situations in Canada?

thanks

hi

You must have bu now known the ground realities of Canada by now.

Some cases i know about students.

1. I am having a internship term but could not find one.(i am willing to work without pay ).

2.4 guys came in for jan session ;they arrived 20 days earlier and 3 of them returned even without doing the course.

3. 4 more guys who had come in september returned in feb leaving their course in between.

4.On campus job is a dream and you hardly get any labour jobs (illegal tough). Many people i know have had to ask for money from back home for their daily needs.

5.Dont think of too high dreams. All you will get in Canada is a really world class education. But job and internships i am really scary.
