I had signed up with rogers for 3 years contract for blackberry. Now I have got a blackberry from work and do not need the personal blackberry. Called up Rogers and the penalty is $400 to break the contract. Any suggestions from you would be highly appreciated.

Here is an advice i gave to a colleague as well. He also got a Blackberry from work and wanted to get rid of his contract.

Have someone else take it over. Put an advertisement on kijiji.ca or craigslist.com

Lots of people will take it over. You might have to get a less value from them but its better than paying CAD 400.00.

Once they agree to take it over, call rogers and ask how to do the transfer. its quite simple.
