I am here on work permit and work here. My family has software company(small) in India but we dealt with only India's client so far.
Now we got a very good project from startup in Canada which we have to jointly develop. we will be doing only that part for which Canadian company don't find skilled labor from last 3 year.

Now the bottom line is company will only pay here so we have to open one branch here.

Now I have no Idea how to open IT company here and how to do this, I have some frnd who are PR or citizen here but what are the tax we have to pay here.


another question I have in Mind that there are so many company like TCS, STYAM send their Engineer to work here or outsource so much work to India so how they deal with the Billing part how client pay them as those company don't exist here.
and in start we work for no profit no loss so how to deal with this problem?

I will suggest you to speak to a company who files for incorporation and they will give you better idea if you can incorporate on work permit.
I know in USA you could and many desis have companies while on work permit but not sure about Canada.
