Hello Mr Massood,

I am in a dilemma, pls help me.

I am presently in Canada on work-permit. It was extended recently for an year till mid next year. But now my job is about to end & I want to stay in Canada till my Imm comes early next year.
The problem is that I want to visit India for a vacation & come back, but I will need a new Visa stamp to enter Canada again. How can I get a Visa Stamp without the support of my company ? Is it possible thru Buffalo by sending pasport in mail ? I am worried that if i apply for stamping in India CHC Delhi will ask for supporting docs saying my job is still active in Canada.
I still hav a copy of letter from my company's client issued in April to help get the Work Permit extension from CIC. Will that photo copy work ?

If your work permit is valid, you won't have difficulty getting a visa to return to Canada.

Can I get a Visa stamp at point of entry (Ex: Rainbow bridge, Niagara ?).
Or by sending Passports thru mail from Buffalo ?
