Hello
I am an Architect (B.Arch), having an experience of more than 5 years. I had applied for my immigration to Canada in Nov2006 , being unmarried at that time.
I got married on 7-11-2007 and thereafter i got my file updated with the my husband's qualifications and experience. He has done P.G. in Garment manufacturing Technology from NIFT, Mumbai after his B.B.A and is having an experience of 7 years till date in the field of garments exports. We received a letter from the embassy (dated 13-11-2008) asking if we are still interested to go to Canada. If not then we should inform them within a span of 3 months so that we can get our money refunded. If we will not reply within this time they will take it for granted that we are still interested and our money will not be refunded thereafter.
We have not received any response since then. Please help us know explicitly about this letter. Does this mean that they will start processing the file?
Please help us know the best.
Regards
Yes, I assume that since you did not inform them of your non intrest thay have taken for granted that you are intrested in moving ahead.
Now you file is under process and they will inform you what next.
I am not an immigarion consultant, just my 2 cents. Also, do your due dilligence before you throw up your jobs and find out if your qualification are accepted in Canada or ypou might find yourself working in a warehouse or some menial job
